Refunds

Chair and Bench are one payment. If you have not started a scored case, write info@andrewllee.com within 14 days and we refund the payment.

Once you start a scored case, that purchase is used. We do not refund a Chair or Bench after the first scored case has begun.

Floor is a monthly subscription ($249 / team / month). You can cancel anytime before the next month renews. We do not refund a month that has already started, except where the law requires it.

Free practice is free. There is nothing to refund. Using the free case does not create a charge.

If a payment went through and you never received a code, write info@andrewllee.com with the email you paid with. We will put the cases on that email.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
