Biography
Andrew Lee is an HR and talent expert in Charlotte. He left marketing after the recession and became a recruiter. He has sat on both sides of the table, earned SHRM-SCP, and founded CareerUnlocked in 2015. His TEDxCharlotte talk, How to Interview and Find a Rockstar, is about hiring as a craft, not a vibe.
He now helps HR teams put AI to work in hiring, learning, and people work without handing the job to IT. He still teaches leaders the talks software cannot have: the hard one, the review, the interview.
People leave with a way to do the work, not a pep talk.
