Biography
Andrew Lee is an HR and talent expert based in Charlotte. After a recession-era pivot from marketing into recruiting, he spent years on both sides of the table, earned SHRM-SCP, and founded CareerUnlocked in 2015. His TEDxCharlotte talk, How to Interview and Find a Rockstar, is about hiring as a discipline, not a vibe.
He now helps HR teams deploy AI inside TA, L&D, and employee relations without handing the function to IT, and he still teaches leaders the conversations software cannot have: the tough one, the performance one, the interview.
